At Maddy Pots. Inc, we are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality organic products.

Due to the perishable nature of our goods and our strict hygiene standards, all sales are final and

we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our organic products are carefully selected, packaged, and shipped to ensure maximum freshness and safety.

Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its condition upon return. For this reason,

we are unable to accept any returned items.

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@maddypots.ca

with your order number and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and, if applicable,

offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once your order is being prepared or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
